EcoGerd Control Unit SWF

The control EcoGerD is a compact, easily integrable and even portable control, which was developed purely for the regulation of the wire feed SWF. The control unit is responsible for one SWF each and can be integrated into different production systems via digital interfaces. In addition to the system control, a function test that supports process optimization is also integrated in the EcoGerD. It is operated via a panel PC with a 7-inch touchscreen display, which enables intuitive use. With the dimensions 340 mm x 160 mm x 200 mm, the entire unit is compactly designed. Digital 24V (8E / 8A) interfaces are used for communication. Communication via various bus interfaces is optionally available. Thanks to EcoGerD, even more parameters, signals and interfaces can be controlled and regulated via the user interface. The visualization has also been simplified and enables the controller to be used quickly and easily.
